Brain Education For Enhanced Learning
Brain Education (BE) for Enhanced Learning is an educational program for students, designed to promote health, happiness, peacefulness and achievement. BE aims to develop children’s creative efficacy through innovative trainings focused on the brain itself.
The BE program includes physical, emotional and cognitive exercises, as well as, postures, breathing techniques, guided imagery and games used to stimulate the healthy, dynamic and productive functioning of the body and brain.
The BE approach is deeply experiential. Students directly participate in exercises designed to improve sensory awareness, motor control, balance, emotional regulation, attention and imagination. Teachers and parents commonly report that students become more receptive to information and improve their information-processing skills to reinforce their learning. Changes commonly affect other arenas of school and home life, helping to promote a more engaging and joyful overall life experience.
BE is modular, so it can be customized to meet the particular needs of individual students, classes and schools. Educators can easily integrate BE instruction into any school environment, without making changes to the existing curriculum.
