Brain Education approach is deeply experiential. Students directly participate in physical, mental and cognitive exercises desighed to improve sensory awareness, motor control, balance, emotional regulation, attention and imagination.

Improvement in these areas can be applied to strenthening test taking skills and an increase in self-confidence, focus and attention across multiple subjects.

Each sessions focuses on physical, emotional and cognitive exercises, breathing techiniques, guided imagery and games.

All activities are done with intention to stimulate healthy, dynamic and productive functioning of the body and brain.

Program desighed for students K-8th grade.
