The Future of Education & Hope for the Earth
Education shall be directed to the full development of the human personality and to the strengthening of respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms.
It shall promote understanding, tolerance and friendship among all nations, racial or religious groups, and shall further the activities of the United Nations for the maintenance of peace.

2008 marks the 60th Anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
How can we achieve the great aims for education enshrined in this document?
The burden of Brain Education is to guide individuals and organizations in better application of the brain, to develop greater power for self-management, pro-sociality and cooperation, and positive action.
Humanity's greatest asset is the brain. The Fourth International Brain Education Conference marks a new era of awareness - that the future of education and hope for the earth depend essentially on how we access and use brain.
